Loyalty Site Redesign

I was tasked with creating a loyalty hub for the Nordy Club that would be easy to use and mobile first. The site also needed to function on a single pane experience. The loyalty marketing leadership I was working with referenced Starbucks’ loyalty program over and over. They liked how it felt fun and was easy to understand and that the sign up buttons were sticky to the viewport.

Because the UX standards are already set for the site and mobile/app these wireframes did not need to address anything more than content.

Because of the technology constraints the design was easily moved to a scrolling page with anchor links at the top. We included illustrations and animations by an illustrator contracted for the loyalty program to add a little delight and fun to the page.
