Design for an editorial version of a page that was previously rows of product recommendation trays. Nordstrom creative produces a lot of content that seldom lives for more than a few weeks. Using metrics to personalize content gives the customer a singular experience.

Editorial shots are styled out with products that are available on site. If a product sells out we can insert a like item into the card. Surfacing the card with the editorial shot up front is inspiring to the customer even if they only purchase one item or use it as a jump point to other products.

Mobile Cards
Cards can be swiped left or right and a tap would reveal the products in the editorial photo.


Essentials
By looking at past purchase data we can establish a style profile and recommend items that will compliment a customer’s closet. In this example, even if someone has a casual look, it can be styled for different occasions.


Beauty & Replenishment
When a customer has a certain beauty brand loyalty, we can share how-to videos and featured gifts with purchase to remind them to replenish their products.
